Being able to call on the support of the one supplier to co-ordinate and rectify any hardware, software or communication issue, basically means peace of mind that the issue will be resolved without the hassle of liasing with multiple suppliers to resolve those little problems that just seem to defy any single engineer, negating the need to arrange multiple engineering visits to identify and rectify the problem.
